At the Town Highway Garage
Present: Doug Hall (Chairman), Tom Jameson, Terry McCormack, Dave Dobson,
Jim Plunkett (Road Agent), Stan Brehm, John Amsden, Richard DeBold(Selectman),
Allen Mayville

Chairman Hall opened the meeting at 6:29 PM.
Motion to accept the November 14th meeting minutes as written by Richard Debold,
seconded by Dave Dobson. Motion carried.
An additional review of the 2011 Report of the Road Advisory Committee was undertaken.
Several items were discussed and some changes made. It was noted that the Town Road Map” was missing some names due to space limitations. It was agreed that the map will be used as-is if the missing names cannot be added.
It was agreed that the 2011 Report of the Road Advisory Committee was near enough to completion such that the report can be presented to the public in draft form. A public meeting
has been scheduled for 7:00 P.M. December 12th in the Selectmen’s office. The meeting will be added to the Town meeting schedule on the website and mentioned in the Suncook Valley Sun newspaper.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the RAC will be Monday, January 9th, 2012 at the
Highway Garage.
Motion to adjourn by Tom Jameson, seconded by John Amsden.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
